Concord, California
Recurring sewer backups, root intrusion and damaged underground piping can require more than routine drain cleaning. In Demand Plumbing, Heating & Air provides sewer line diagnosis, repair and replacement for homeowners throughout Concord.
Sewer problems can have several causes. Our plumbers diagnose the condition of the line and determine whether cleaning, localized repair or sewer line replacement is appropriate.
A sewer backup does not automatically mean the entire sewer line needs replacement. Depending on the symptoms and accessibility, a sewer camera inspection can help identify roots, buildup, damaged piping or separated sections of the line before repair options are considered.
When damage is limited to a specific portion of the sewer line, repairing the affected section may be an appropriate solution.
More extensive deterioration, repeated failures or significant damage may require replacement of a larger section of the sewer line.
Established Concord neighborhoods often have mature trees and landscaping near underground sewer lines. Roots, aging piping, shifting soil and buildup can contribute to sewer problems over time. Proper diagnosis helps determine what is actually happening underground before choosing a repair method.

Matt was very communicative and kept us informed as to what he needed to do. In Demand was reasonable in their pricing...they dug a new trench & laid new PVC from the water meter to the house.

I call In Demand whenever I have plumbing issues or needs. Every technician who has done work and installations for me is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I especially appreciate that they wear booties, that they respect my home then clean up and leave my home as neat and tidy as it was when they started working. Thank you to Elijah for finding and ordering the bathroom sink faucet I wanted then coming back to replace my old one when it arrived. Their 24 hour service number is terrific so you can call anytime and talk to a real, live person to make an appointment. Ben did an excellent job scheduling my appointments and communicating with me once my faucet had been delivered then Elijah came to install it the following day. I don't like when plumbing problems arise, but I like and appreciate knowing I can count on In Demand in Antioch when needed!

As usual In Demand gave the best service, Don came exactly when the arrival window time started (2-5). Arrived promptly at 2. I once again clogged the drain and he was able to fix it quickly and showed me the issue and how it was all cleared. He told me if we have further issues they will come back (I should just stop putting food down the drain). As always 10/10 service and he was so good with my puppy who insisted she helped 😂
