Visible obstructions
Buildup, debris and visible roots may help explain restricted flow or recurring blockages.
Concord sewer diagnostics
A closer look. A more informed next step.
Recurring backups can have several causes. A camera inspection of an accessible sewer line can help identify visible conditions and guide the discussion about cleaning or repair.

See what is accessible
A sewer camera provides a view inside accessible piping. The images can help identify visible buildup, roots or damaged sections when the line and viewing conditions allow.
Inspection can support a recommendation, but access and visibility matter. Standing water, a blockage or a section the camera cannot reach may limit what can be assessed.
What we may find
Buildup, debris and visible roots may help explain restricted flow or recurring blockages.
Cracks, separated joints or deteriorated sections may indicate that cleaning alone will not solve the problem.
Standing water or an obscured section can limit the view. A camera image does not always establish the cause on its own.
What to expect
Know the limits
A camera does not clear a blocked line, fix a crack or show every condition outside the pipe. Findings apply to the portions that can be reached and seen at the time of inspection.
Some lines need cleaning before an inspection can provide a useful view. If access is restricted or conditions remain unclear, we explain what is known and what may need further assessment.
Use the findings
If buildup or a removable obstruction is identified, drain cleaning or hydro jetting may be appropriate when pipe condition allows.
Visible damage may lead to a discussion about sewer repair. Trenchless options depend on the line, damage and site conditions.

Matt was very communicative and kept us informed as to what he needed to do. In Demand was reasonable in their pricing...they dug a new trench & laid new PVC from the water meter to the house.

I call In Demand whenever I have plumbing issues or needs. Every technician who has done work and installations for me is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I especially appreciate that they wear booties, that they respect my home then clean up and leave my home as neat and tidy as it was when they started working. Thank you to Elijah for finding and ordering the bathroom sink faucet I wanted then coming back to replace my old one when it arrived. Their 24 hour service number is terrific so you can call anytime and talk to a real, live person to make an appointment. Ben did an excellent job scheduling my appointments and communicating with me once my faucet had been delivered then Elijah came to install it the following day. I don't like when plumbing problems arise, but I like and appreciate knowing I can count on In Demand in Antioch when needed!

I once again clogged the drain and he was able to fix it quickly and showed me the issue and how it was all cleared. He told me if we have further issues they will come back (I should just stop putting food down the drain). As always 10/10 service and he was so good with my puppy who insisted she helped 😂

Your questions
Know what a camera can show and what may require another step.
Recurring main-line backups, an unclear drainage problem or known sewer damage may warrant a closer look. Tell our team which fixtures are affected and what work has already been done.
A blockage may stop the camera or obscure the image. Suitable cleaning may be needed first, depending on access and pipe condition. Not every line can be fully inspected in its current state.
Inspection and cleaning are different services. A camera helps assess visible conditions; it does not remove a blockage or repair damaged piping.
No. The camera shows the accessible interior at the time of inspection. It cannot reveal every hidden issue outside the pipe, and access or visibility limits may leave sections unassessed.
Visible findings can help guide the recommendation. Buildup may be addressed with suitable cleaning, while damaged sections may require repair. Further investigation may be needed for uncertain findings.
Access, line condition and the scope of the inspection affect the estimate. Contact our team to discuss the property and any previous backups or cleaning.
