We appreciated his expertise and his well-stocked truck so that the house and the sprinkler system flows were separate. He was polite and personable, made sure the system and the app worked for us, and cleaned up meticulously when his work was done.

I had an excellent experience with In Demand Plumbing, Heating & Air, especially Ezequiel and Donald. Ezequiel was professional, patient, knowledgeable and reassuring from the moment he arrived. I was dealing with a very stressful water-damage situation, and he took the time to listen as I explained what I had observed. He quickly identified the source of the problem—a broken toilet supply line upstairs that had caused significant water damage. He clearly explained what happened, completed the repair, restored the water and thoroughly tested everything to make sure there were no additional leaks. I especially appreciated Ezequiel’s communication and the time he took to discuss prevention, including recommending a Moen Flo system to help detect and mitigate potential water issues in the future. Donald, the HVAC technician, was also extremely helpful. He checked the HVAC system while they were there at no additional charge and made such a positive impression that I scheduled an appointment with him for next week to follow up on the system. Excellent customer service all around. Both Ezequiel and Donald made a stressful situation much easier to manage through their professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I recently hired In Demand Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for multiple plumbing repairs around the house, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Vince repaired my kitchen sink, installed a new garbage disposal unit, and properly reseated a toilet that was leaking. Every job was done efficiently and professionally.
