I had an excellent experience with In Demand Plumbing, Heating & Air, especially Ezequiel and Donald. Ezequiel was professional, patient, knowledgeable and reassuring from the moment he arrived. I was dealing with a very stressful water-damage situation, and he took the time to listen as I explained what I had observed. He quickly identified the source of the problem—a broken toilet supply line upstairs that had caused significant water damage. He clearly explained what happened, completed the repair, restored the water and thoroughly tested everything to make sure there were no additional leaks. I especially appreciated Ezequiel’s communication and the time he took to discuss prevention, including recommending a Moen Flo system to help detect and mitigate potential water issues in the future. Donald, the HVAC technician, was also extremely helpful. He checked the HVAC system while they were there at no additional charge and made such a positive impression that I scheduled an appointment with him for next week to follow up on the system. Excellent customer service all around. Both Ezequiel and Donald made a stressful situation much easier to manage through their professionalism, knowledge and kindness. We had a great experience with In Demand Plumbing! Jesse came to our house to help with our plumbing needs and was quick, efficient, and professional. Don also came out for an HVAC checkup and was extremely thorough and communicative. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood his findings and recommendations. Both Jesse and Don arrived on time and provided excellent service. We really appreciated their professionalism and would definitely recommend In Demand Plumbing!

Of course, when it's one of the hottest days of the year, the A/C will act up. I called and Jasmin got Don (Don the HVAC guy) out here first thing the next morning. We have used In Demand years ago for our plumbing needs and now will use them for our HVAC needs. Don was very thorough and explained everything that he did to get our archaic A/C going again. It is a gift to find a company that does business "old school". Showing up on time, being knowledgeable and answering questions as well as a positive attitude. Don is the type of service person you want in your home.
