Real work completed by In Demand Plumbing, Heating & Air for a local Antioch property.
Project completed October 21, 2026.

The problem
What we found.
As temperatures begin to cool, homeowners rely on properly functioning furnaces and heating systems for comfort. Diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment requires technicians to understand system components, identify potential failures, and apply appropriate repair procedures. To prepare for increased furnace tune-up and repair demand, the In Demand team conducted hands-on technical training focused on HVAC equipment and service techniques.
The solution
What our team did.
In Demand Plumbing, Heating & Air technicians participated in a hands-on HVAC training session at the company workshop. The training photos document technicians working together around an HVAC coil assembly, observing a demonstration involving copper tubing and a torch, and discussing service techniques. This practical training helps reinforce equipment familiarity, teamwork, and technical skills as the company prepares for the heating season. The session reflects In Demand’s commitment to continued technician development and professional service throughout its East Bay service areas.
