The problem

What we found.

The existing bathtub and shower had an older three-handle valve configuration. The customer needed an updated single-handle shower control that could be installed without replacing the entire tub surround.

The solution

What our team did.

Our technician shut off the home's water supply, removed the existing shower handles and valve, and opened the shower wall to access the plumbing. A new Moen Posi-Temp pressure-balanced valve was installed and secured to the wall framing, with copper connections for the hot and cold water lines. The installation was completed with a chrome Chateau remodel trim plate, shower arm, and tub spout. All work was tested for leaks and proper operation, and the work area was cleaned.
