The Brentwood property had an existing salt-based water softener connected to its plumbing system. The homeowner arranged for installation of a new HALO H2Zero Ultimate whole-home water treatment system. The solution

What our team did.

In Demand Plumbing, Heating & Air technicians completed the installation of a HALO H2Zero Ultimate whole-home water treatment system at a residential property in Brentwood, California. The team shut off the home's water supply and drained the plumbing system before beginning the installation. The existing salt-based water softener was removed from the plumbing loop. Our technicians installed new copper piping to connect the HALO system, along with new isolation valves and a hose bib equipped with a sediment guard. After completing the piping connections, the team restored water service to the home and purged air from the plumbing lines. The new HALO system was left in bypass mode to complete the required minimum 48-hour pre-soak period before activation. The work area was cleaned following installation. The system was not yet activated when the documented visit ended, and a return visit was anticipated after the pre-soak period.
