The problem

What we found.

The homeowner needed an HVAC system upgrade to support dependable heating and cooling throughout the home.

The solution

What our team did.

Installed the outdoor Goodman condenser on an equipment pad and installed the furnace and evaporator coil in the attic. Connected refrigerant piping, electrical wiring, ductwork, venting, and condensate drainage. The installation photos document control wiring work and refrigerant evacuation, with the digital gauge displaying 195 microns.
