Our technicians provided and installed a new 75-gallon water heater located in the garage. The technicians removed the existing 100-gallon water heater and replaced it under the manufactures warranty. The manufacture no longer produces 100 and approved the 75 gallon in its place. Our technicians installed up to city code in Brentwood, CA with new, Water flex lines, Gas drip leg, Gas flex line, Pan, Water shut off valve, and Earthquake straps. As well as made modifications to the T&P line and Venting to fit the new water heater. The technicians tested, purge the water lines and hauled away all the debris.
