Demo and remove the existing tub & replacing with a new 60” Aloha bathtub (left drain). This project will consist of opening tile & drywall as necessary in order to remove & prepare for the new tub. We will also install a waste & overflow *matte gold* with crawl space access to connect the drain & a customer provided Glacier Bay Shower valve (matte gold). After tub, drain & valve are installed we will test for leaks to ensure water/sewer is not leaking. Shower glass sliding doors will not be re-installed. we will also include the replacement of the hallway bathroom toilet flush valve that’s leaking.
