We used Jeff at In Demand Plumbing for a leak under our kitchen sink. He was extremely professional and detailed. Jeff put booties on to protect my carpet and laid a big mat down on the kitchen floor. While fixing the leak he explained to me what he was doing. We will use In Demand Plumbing for ALL our plumbing needs.

We used In Demand Plumbing for installing our Tankless Water Heater and replacing 2 toilets and a faucet after our previous plumber left with our toilets leaking and we decided to find a new company. After shopping around a large number of companies, In Demand Plumbing had the best pricing, and when they came to do the job, he was great! Very professional, easy to talk to and down to earth guy, explained everything and did an awesome job for a fair price! Jeff @ In Demand Plumbing is one of the most courteous and professional plumbers I have ever dealt with! I thought there was a sewage gas leak in my master bathroom. Jeff came out to give a free estimate. He had to get under my house to check things out, but before he could, the crawl space opening was blocked by filing cabinets. He moved everything for me! When it came to getting the job done, he found that it wasn't a gas leak, and wasn't even a plumbing issue at all (it was a dead rat in the wall :( ewwww!), but he fixed what was wrong anyways! He was able to clean everything out for me, and closed all of the openings. Any other plumber would have said that it wasn't their job, but Jeff was great! He even cleaned up after himself & took his shoes off at my door. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber & I will definitely use his services again! Thanks again Jeff!

Jeff is great. I moved into a house and while having a dishwasher installed found out that the garbage disposal was broken, the shut off valves under the sink did not shut off and the pipe leaked. I called Jeff on Sunday afternoon, he gave me an estimate over the phone and we set up an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time, was very professional and fixed everything plus some more. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!

Hot water heater let go at 9am. Called Jeff at 10. He was at the house by noon and gave me a fair estimate and started the replacement. By 3pm new heater in and working. Extremely clean work! Use this guy!!

Jeff has been to our house twice this month. The first time was to replace an old water heater that stopped working. His work was so good that I just had him out to replace the innards of two toilets that were acting up. He has been most responsive - no voicemails - you talk to him on his cell - and schedules quickly, shows up on time and does clean, efficient and cost effective work. Plus he has a brain and is well-spoken.

Our water heater sprang a leak last night. We heard about tankless water heaters and were interested in getting some estimates. We call 3 plumbing companies to come out and give us an estimate. Jeff came out and was very knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. He told us what unit we should get and said that the delivery would take awhile unless we moved the water heater outside (yes i said a water heater outside). Out of the 3 plumbers we called, we were most comfortable with In Demand Plumbing, not to mention the price was the best. Jeff did a very nice job, his work is very clean, he picked up after himself and even took his shoes off when he entered into the house. He was right we are getting hot water much faster now. Thank you for your hard work . We Highly recommend In Demand Plumbing.

LIFE SAVER?? I woke up in the morning, with my garage flooded, it was either my water softener or water heater...... i called In Demand Plumbing, and within 35 min, Jeff came and assessed the problem..it turned out that we needed a new water heater.....uuuugggg, but but without delay Jeff got it replaced! and without breaking the bank......... the whole process took about 3 hours, I was so impressed! thanks Jeff, I will refer you to all my friends.................... True professionalism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick easy and cheap!!!?? I was renting a unit in Antioch I had a roommate that would give her dog a bath in the shower When i was not home. this cause a pretty big clog in the main line, I called a few different plumbers had it looked at and i was told it was going to cost me $150-$250 to have fixed. I am on a limited income so i saw that in demand plumbing was a local company and i thought i would give them a shout. so When Jeff pulled up in his Truck it only took him about 5 minutes to see what the problem was and gave me a quote which was so much less the all the other plumbers and told me it would only take a few minutes to take care of. Well I got to say Jeff Knock the issue out with a few minutes like he said and then, he was very Professional, Really easy to talk to and all around good guy, and on top of that when the job was done he gave me a discount on the already low price he quoted. If you need a Plumber Call In Demand Plumbing. it made dealing with the sh*t easy.

Lowest estimate by a substantial amount of several which were obtained. . .also actually came in under the estimate at completion. Quick service, great job, no mess to clean up behind them, either. Definitely would use these guys for the next plumbing job!

Our daughter did an internet search from Washington State for a good plumber for us. She knew what we were looking for and did an investigation for us and decided In Demand Plumbing were the best in our area.
They were very neat with their work, and they checked in with us several times as they worked. We have no complaints, they did a really good job and we were completely satisfied. We especially appreciated they came back to do a final inspection. We couldn't ask for a better job.

I have two properties, one I live in and one rental. I got In Demand Plumbing's information off the internet and called them the same day the tenant called me. There were some possible cracks in the plumbing work. Jeff said he was available that day.
He worked with my tenant, and was so easy to work with. He always called right back, and went above and beyond for us. He made arrangements to go to the property in Moraga, and after he finished I called because I thought I may have a problem in Walnut Creek. He said he could come by there that day as well.
Jeff is honest, and when I used him again recently, a couple of weeks ago, he remembered me and was really nice. I even gave In Demand Plumbing's name to my property manager because I thought he was so reasonable and so honest. It is so hard to find good businesses. He was the first number I called, and I think I lucked out.
